Industry 4.0 is transforming production processes and redefining the essential skills for professionals and companies.
To better understand training needs and emerging competencies in this field, C4G – Consulting and Training Network, in collaboration with international partners, has developed a specialized questionnaire on Industry 4.0 Competencies.
This questionnaire was created as part of the MAGIC – Microcredential and Guidance on Industry 4.0 Competences project (Erasmus+ VET), a European Union-funded initiative that aims to:
- Identify key competencies for Industry 4.0
- Map existing training programs in this sector
- Develop new training modules aligned with market needs
- Create a tool for issuing microcredentials
- Test and validate three microcredentials in Portugal and three in Italy
The questionnaire is designed to collect data to support the development of new training programs and ensure that the educational offerings align with the challenges of digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence in the industry.
