MAGIC Project Kick Off meeting took place on 13th October 2023 at the headquarters of Assocam Scuola Camerana in Via Paolo Braccini 17, Turin.
It was the first occasion where project partners met for the first time face to face.
During the meeting, the initial project plan was reviewed and deeply analyzed and the project organization and allocation of tasks were confirmed. Partners decided cornerstones and timeline of the project and MAGIC official logo was also presented and approved.
The Kick Off meeting included in the afternoon a public session with relevant stakeholders, seeing participants from companies, university, ITS Foundation, vocational training centers and employment agencies.
Discussion among participants was focused on main Industry 4.0 skills requested by companies, also using digital surveys. The main required fields resulted to be device connection, embedded systems programming, Artificial Intelligence, chance management. Also soft skills, as problem solving, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, resulted to be very important for companies.
